Colitag test procedure
1. Snap the blister  |
2. Add Colitag Media to 100mL water sample Agitate until all the media is totally dissolved  |
3. Incubate at 35 ±
0.5ºC |

4. Visually check sample for yellow color YES - Sample is positive for total coliforms
NO -
Sample is negative for total coliforms |
5. UV Lamp
Using a long wave-length
(366-nanometer) ultra-violet lamp, check for fluorescence
